Alpha Chi Omega alumnae and collegiates from the area swept the highest awards given at the sorority’s National Convention in Washington, D. C. from July 9 -12. 

 

MuMu Alumnae Chapter in Kansas City was awarded the Continuing Excellence Award by National officers at the Convention’s final night banquet in the ballroom of the Gateway Marriott Hotel in Washington.   

 

Omicron Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at Baker University received the 2010 National Council Trophy for Outstanding Collegiate Chapter.    The Omicron Alumnae Association for the Baker Chapter won the 2010 National Council Trophy for Outstanding Local House Corporation.   This is the first time in the sorority’s 125 year history the same collegiate chapter and its alumnae house corporation won the organization’s highest honors in the same year.
