Parmesan Cheese Fondue
served at the wine tasting

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2, 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 or 1/4 tsp garlic powder (use desired amount as you like garlic)
  • 3 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
Melt the milk & cream cheese together on stove top until smooth (do not use the microwave). 
Then add the other ingredients.  Serve warm w/a hard dipping bread of your choice.
