Alpha Chindness Pilot Program Survey

Mu Mu Chapter was selected to participate in a pilot program for alumnae chapters called Alpha Chindness.  As part of the program, we need as many alumnae women to complete a short survey.  Feel free to be very honest - all information shared will be kept confidential and anonymous, and used only to measure the impact that Alpha Chindness project(s) may have on members' Alpha Chi experiences.  The link to the survey is www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB229NUXD8KZL.  To learn more about the Alpha Chindness program, please contact Beth Koch at 913-461-4396 or beth_koch@hotmail.com.  Thank you for taking the survey!

Dear Alpha Chi Omega Sisters,

Welcome to a new year of programming for Mu Mu Alumnae Chapter!

As I was reflecting on my involvement in Mu Mu, I was reminded of Alpha Chi Omega’s new logo - Real. Strong. Women.  It reminds me of all of our Alpha Chi Omega sisters.  The sister who is the amazing community volunteer….the sister who balances working full-time with the responsibilities of being a mom… the sister who cares for her family full-time ….the sister who is battling cancer …the sister who is caring for an ill family member...the sister who is training for a marathon…the sister in graduate school to prepare for a career to help others…and the sisters who always make my day when we are together.  I am so proud to call all of these women my friends.  They are the women who exemplify the Alpha Chi Omega motto and new logo, and it is through my involvement in Mu Mu that I met all of these amazing Real.Strong.Women.

The friendships and bonds I have with other women I have met through Mu Mu are why I want to encourage you to find an event or program to attend over the course of the next year.  We have a great mix of events to choose from, including monthly programs, GAMMA, Lunch Bunch, Young Alums, Mom and Tot, and fundraising and altruism events for the whole family.  If you have any questions, need a ride, or would like to carpool, please do not hesitate to contact me or any other board member.  I look forward to reconnecting with many of you and meeting those new to Kansas City or new to Mu Mu in the coming year.  We all have such busy lives, but I hope you’ll find an event that will fit into your schedule where you can take time out for yourself and connect with other Alpha Chi Omegas.

Loyally in the bond,

Beth Koch
